• In-person workshops and masterclasses

• One-on-one mentoring sessions

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

4. Course Enrollment and Payment

4.1 Course Registration

Course enrollment is subject to availability and our acceptance of your registration. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment to any individual.

4.2 Payment Terms

• All course fees must be paid in full before course commencement unless otherwise agreed
• Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
• Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods
• Course fees are non-transferable between individuals

4.3 Refund Policy

• Full refunds are available if cancellation is made 14 days before course commencement
• 50% refunds are available if cancellation is made 7-14 days before course commencement
• No refunds are available for cancellations made less than 7 days before course commencement
• Refunds for online courses are available within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of content has been accessed

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Content

All content provided through our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Luminex Courses or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

5.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our course materials for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

5.3 User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or submit through our services. However, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content for educational and promotional purposes.

6. Code of Conduct

Users must adhere to the following standards of behavior:

• Treat all participants, instructors, and staff with respect and courtesy
• Do not engage in harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
• Do not share course materials with unauthorized individuals
• Do not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Do not interfere with or disrupt our services or other users' experience
• Follow all safety guidelines during in-person sessions

We may cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luminex Courses, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Melbourne, Victoria.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, or pandemic-related restrictions.
